US Painting uses the information you give us to respond to your painting inquiry, arrange estimates and manage your project.
Inquiries and bookings
When you submit a form, we receive the contact and project details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and requested services. We use HubSpot to manage inquiries, Cal.com to arrange appointments and Cloudflare to host the site and process requests. Forms and bookings work whether or not advertising measurement is enabled.
Advertising measurement in Utah
When our hosting provider identifies your approximate location as Utah, we may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and advertising results. We may save a Google ad click identifier in your browser for up to 90 days, attach it to your inquiry, and share it with Google alongside outcomes such as an estimate, a qualified inquiry or a completed job and its value. This measurement does not upload the name, email address or phone number you enter in our forms to Google.
Google measurement can receive information such as your IP address, device and browser information, page visits and conversion events. We keep advertising personalization disabled. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We keep advertising measurement off for visitors identified outside Utah, when location cannot be determined, and when the browser sends Global Privacy Control. We use an approximate network location, not your device's precise location. Network location can be inaccurate, particularly when using a VPN.
Your privacy controls
Use “Advertising preferences” at the bottom of any page to turn advertising measurement off or change a saved choice. We remember your choice on this browser for 180 days. Turning measurement off clears this browser's saved ad click identifier and stops further measurement here. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may reset your choice. Global Privacy Control takes priority over enabling measurement.
A browser preference change does not automatically remove information already submitted or sent to Google. To request deletion or stop use of an identifier already attached to your inquiry, contact memo@uspaintingutah.com. We can remove stored lead attribution; information already sent to a service requires separate handling.
Retention and website services
Our lead-processing system retains lead records for up to 365 days and removes completed delivery payloads after seven days. Copies held in our customer and appointment systems may remain as needed to respond to requests and manage business records. Hosting and security services also process information needed to deliver and protect the site. Embedded maps, externally hosted fonts and links to other websites are separate services with their own privacy practices.
